The Israeli athletes will wear the new Palta collection at the Tokyo Paralympic Games in 2021.

We are proud to announce that the Israeli athletes will wear the new Palta collection at the Tokyo Paralympic Games in 2021.
By the end of 2019, Palta got the honor to design the Israeli delegation’s official uniform.

The first thing we considered is that the delegation participants are both people with and without disabilities.

Using the unique methodology, which involves data analysis, user feedback, and 3D modeling, we have made an inclusive collection to fit all participants. Often, clothes for the disabled differ in shape, closure systems, and despite some physiological differences comparing to other athletes.

The research continued with learning the daily activities of each athlete, and as a result, created a wide range of solutions to fit the requirements of them all ideally.

We salute the fashion industry, which makes severe strides to becoming more inclusive by representing an ampler spectrum of genders, ethnicities, and cultures. But yet, it is undeniable that the voices of the disabled community are often left unheard.

As we learned from a range of athletes, the latest world clothing collections are not yet including features that fit their own needs. Very few brands customize their outfits per body type. Ending up with outfits that are tailor-made.

Therefore, Palta is proud to serve its community by spreading the word of inclusive clothing design and offer the necessary education for leading brands.

It is more important how you feel in your clothes than what other people think about your clothing.

Feel confident wearing your outfit.

Feel empowered by it, and wear it proudly.
