Happy Holidays everyone! No matter your religion or beliefs, everyone is celebrating something this time of year.

We have come up with a small but hopefully helpful list of gift ideas you can get for anyone, not just disabled people. It includes clothing that are made inclusive for anyone’s size, gender, and disability (if they have one of course).

Go on, you know you want to. Take a look at the list, and happy shopping!

Push Collection

This unique and gorgeous collection, created by the wonderful Keisha Green, has clothing mostly for amputees but also can suit anyone who is interested. They have a wide selection of dresses, pants, two-piece and denim items that will rock your world! Personally, we love the visuals on the site, including disabled models with amputees, which helps the awareness of that specific impairment.

Sole Mate Shoes – Find your matching pair

This newly-made online store may be in its early beginnings, but we believe it has the full potential to become something HUGE! Their site may be a bit confusing to navigate or even find out what they do exactly, but we have a full explanation:

What this site does is they collect people’s details and match you up with a potential “sole-mate”– basically an extra shoe that you or your fellow amputee may need. All you need to do is enter your details, including size, gender and email. Once received, your information will be added to their database where you’ll be matched with your sole-mate if one exists.  You’ll also be given access to the members/group sections where you can connect with potential sole-mates.

Now, how cool does that sound?! A site our amputee community has been looking for, but it also can be good for people who have a missing shoe or just simply want to help out a fellow amputee!

Liberare – Dressing has never been easier!

In relation to last week’s blog post, click here to read, this particular site states that “Adaptive can be sexy, too” – and we believe that they are definitely proving that with their online store.

‘Liberare’ creates inclusive underwear designs, presented on a boundless range of models with different disabilities, sizes and ethnicities. Not only do they have adaptive wear, they have multiple size ranges, beautiful colours and designs and fabrics – it’s makes us lost for words! They also have a diverse team working with them, almost every member listed on their ‘about’ page has some-sort of disability.

“It’s simple. Everyone deserves to feel beautiful. When we say everyone, we mean everyone… including us, people with disabilities. ´- the website currently states.
